The Pinery Antique Flea Market - Vendor Information Centre

We are located on Highway 21 just south of Grand Bend on the East side of the road.

How much does it cost?

A single booth is approximately 12' x 12', we supply 2 eight foot tables in an L shape and a canopy covering the entire space and overhang. Our Monthly Rate - $30.00 per Sunday, paid in advance (this is a 40% savings over the daily rate) Daily Rate - $40.00 per Sunday. 2009 Seasonal rate $575.00 for 24 Sundays. All prices include GST.

The benefits of paying monthly, in addition to the 40% savings, is that you avoid the early morning lineups and park in the same booth each week. Having the same booth each Sunday also helps repeat customers find you. Overflow booths do not have a canopy.

How do I pay?

Please call ahead to reserve a booth and then send a cheque in advance to our address. P.O. Box 1183, Grand Bend, Ontario N0M 1T0. This will guarantee you a booth.

Will I be outside?

Many of the booths have a canopy to protect you and your products from the elements, but book early because they sell out first. We are open rain or shine!

Where do I unload and park my vehicle?

You can park your regular sized car or mini van at your booth for the day in many booths. We recommend you reserve these booths in advance, and please let us know if you have a trailer or an over-sized vehicle.

Is Hydro available?

Hydro is available in several areas, but these need to be reserved in advance. There is an additional charge for hydro.

What time should I arrive?

Vendors are required to be set-up and ready to sell by 8 am and are required to stay set-up in their booth until after 4 pm. Packing before 4 pm is prohibited.

How do I get there?

1 Hr from London. 1.5Hr from Kitchener/Waterloo. 45 Mins from Sarnia

From Detroit - Take Hwy 94 to Port Huron, cross the Blue Water Bridge and continue east until your come to Hwy 21. Go north until you reach the Market on the right hand side of the road. If you reach Grand Bend you have gone too far.

From London - Take Highway 4 to Highway 83 (at lights at end of Exeter turn left), follow 83 until it comes to an end at the water plant. Turn left and go through Grand Bend until you see the market on the left.

From Toronto - Take 401 west to 1000 meters past Wellington Road in London and veer right onto Highway 402. Take that to Hwy 81 and go north (south is Strathroy), take 81 north until you come to the lights in Grand Bend, turn left and we are just outside of town about 2 km on the left..

From Kitchener - Take 7-8 west to Shakespeare, turn left to Tavistock, turn right and follow that to the stop sign. Turn left and go about 1 km, then turn right and you are on your way - that road turns into 83. Follow 83 until you reach the end at the water plant then travel south through Grand Bend and we are about 2 km out of town on the left.
